Before meets after...

So, I found an amazing bargain.. This dark ugly wooden table that wouldn't suit any colour scheme. However, it was FREE!! There is no better bargain than that.

So, I sanded it with some rough sandpaper, primed it twice with some White primer and painted it a Pebble colour. I attempted to sand it with fine sandpaper but it didn't have the desired effect, so I repainted it!

This is my first attempt and I will learn by my mistakes...

Sunday Boot Market

Sunday morning boot Markets - I haven't been to one for roughly 5 years, so I went yesterday to check it out. Amazing! I saw a dining room table and 4 chairs for £12!!! However, I decided it would not fit into my little KA!

I bought a black iron vintage mirror & have concluded that I will paint it cream to give it that 'shabby chic' look.
